We asked patients two questions about their experience of the Surgery.

The first was ‘Overall, how was your experience of our service?’

71 patients have completed the Survey within dates above

60 said we were ‘Very Good’

6 said we were ‘Good’

1 said we were ‘Neither good nor poor’

2 said we were ‘Poor’

2 said we were ‘Very Poor’
The second questions is ‘Please can you tell us why you gave your answer’

  • Lovely Doctor, very kind, thoughtful and considerate, listened to me and was very good at explaining why and what was the problem. so good to see someone face to face who takes time to listen, Thank you so much
  • Every time I come to the surgery very one is helpful and sound as if they are enjoying there jobs in helping people and are very helpful as well.
  • Dr Ola was fantastic, very reassuring and efficient
  • Very friendly and efficient
  • Poor Organisation chaotic, No appointments to book.
