Change of Address
If you change name, address or telephone number, please let our receptionists know by calling or writing to us.
If you move outside of the Practice area you may need to find a doctor in your new area. The Practice includes Spalding in its ‘Extended Practice Area’ and patients currently registered at the Surgery who relocate to Spalding may now continue to be a patient of the Practice if they so choose.
Complaints Policy
We endeavour to provide a first class service to our patients. However, should you have any concern or wish to make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services we offer, please contact Mrs Helen Herbert in the first instance by telephone or, if you prefer, in writing. Every effort will be made to answer your concerns as soon as possible.

Violent or abusive behaviour
We take seriously any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour against any of our staff or patients. If a patient is violent or abusive, they will be warned to stop their behaviour. If they persist, we may exercise our right to take action to have them removed, immediately if necessary, from our list of patients.
