As per NHS England guidelines, all patients at the Abbeyview Surgery have now been allocated a NAMED GP.
The Practice patient list has been divided between the Doctors at the Surgery according to patient surname, as follows:
A, B and C DR A BANERJEE
D, E, F, G, H, I, J
K, L, M, N, O, P, Q and R DR F ENGLAND
S DR R JONES
T, U, V, W, X, Y and Z DR E TUNKUDA

This will not affect your ability to choose which Doctor you see.
As previously, you may choose to see your Named GP or ANY GP at the Practice.
